
As a rep firm, the thing you care the most about is getting paid the right commission. If your sales force is being paid a commission, then they are equally concern. The commission detail report supplied by the vendor can tell what invoices you were paid a commission. Counting on it to tell you what invoices you were not paid a commission is like asking all those not here please raise their hands.
OrderWiz’s Reconciliation can tell you what invoices you were paid a commission and which ones you were not.
The screen shot above illustrates a group of unpaid invoices. As the invoices are matched against the vendor’s commission detail report, you simply click on the “Paid” button is the commission amounts match or if not enter the amount in the “Paid Amt” column. As you match invoices, the “Undistributed” amount is reduced.
When finished with you matching, you will easily be able to identify those invoices still unpaid.
