Samples

OrderWiz Sample module builds on vendor and product information already entered in OrderWiz. When a sample product is checked out, it is checked to an employee. That employee may in turn loan it to a customer.

Feature	Description
Employees Responsible for Samples	The sample module was developed with the concept that the employee checking out the product was to be responsible for its return.
Due Back	The checkout process includes a due-back date.
Statement of Responsibility	The checkout process includes the production of a statement of responsibility. This statement includes who the product is checked out to, product id and product description, date due back and its cost.
Loan to Customer	A record can be keep if the employee loans the sample to a customer.
Sale of Sample	Module can record if the sample is sold to the employee, to a customer or to the general public.
Marked for Sale	Samples can be marked for sale, including a suggested sale price. A report can be easily produced of all sample products for sale.
